Dr. Milbourne's fee is $145 for one forty-five minute individual, family or couples therapy session.  Except for very brief reports or messages, phone therapy, report writing, or other professional services will be charged at the rate of $175 an hour. 

Payment is requested at the start of each session.  If you are having difficulty paying your bill, then we can talk about a payment schedule.  Patients who owe money and fail to make arrangements to pay may be referred to a collection agency.

Insurance

Dr. Milbourne participates in many insurance plans, including Independence Blue Cross/Personal Choice and Keystone Healthplan East, Aetna, Cigna, United Behavioral Health, and Medicare.

Many health insurance policies cover the services of psychologists.  Nevertheless, the reimbursement varies considerably from company to company and from policy to policy.  Also, most policies have annual deductibles, copayments, or other limits on benefits.  Read your policy carefully and be aware of what is or is not covered.  You may wish to call the personnel department of your employer and ask about your benefits.  If requested, receipts will be provided that has all the necessary information for you to complete your insurance form.
